Mix the peeled orange with the gelatin
Prepare the pancakes
Place a little filling on each pancake and roll it up
Garnish with whipped cream and crystallized orange
If you can't find slices, you can use grated crystallized orange peel instead
Serves 6 medium-sized pancakes.
