2/3 cup of all-purpose flour

7 tablespoons of chopped parsley

7 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Mix the flour with the cheese and parsley
Beat the eggs until they are very light in color
Add the flour mixture, stirring carefully
Place in a 23cm x 35cm greased and floured baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 10-15 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean)
Turn onto a clean cloth and roll up
Let cool
Mix the beef pastry with mayonnaise
Spread over the casserole and roll up again
Serve cold, cut into slices.
