Sift together the dry ingredients
Add the melted butter or margarine to the previous mixture and mix well
Quickly add the milk, mixing again
Add the cheese
Place on a floured surface
Open carefully to obtain 1 cm of thickness
Cut into rodelas using a cup or cookie cutter
Put in an ungreased baking dish and bake in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
