FOR THE CREAM
1 ripe banana, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
1 large mango, sliced
2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented, cut into wedges
1 1/4 cups green grapes (Italian type), seeds removed, halved (250 g)
1 1/4 cups red grapes (ruby), seeds removed, halved (250 g)
1/2 medium pineapple, cut into chunks (750 g)
FOR THE CREAM

PREPARE THE CREAM: Blend the banana and honey in a processor or blender
Add the heavy cream and blend for an additional minute
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes
Arrange the fruits on individual plates or a large platter
Top with the cream and serve
