1 head of lettuce
8 radishes cut into rose shapes
2 tomatoes, cut into thick slices
1 cucumber, sliced
Garlic
1 cup of melted cheese, cut into thin strips (approximately 250g)
Assemble the salad plate with the lettuce. Add the radishes, tomato slices, cucumber strips, and fresh garlic leaves. Fill the center with the cheese strips. Serve with the following dressing:
3/4 cup of salad oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder
Add to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid, which can be sealed hermetically
Shake well until all the ingredients are well mixed
Refrigerate and shake again before using.
