1/2 pound of green beans
3 spoons of olive oil
2 spoons of apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of black pepper
3/4 spoon of salt
2 spoons of mustard
small diced tomato, peeled and chopped
1 small diced onion, peeled and chopped
2 spoons of pickle relish
2 spoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and chopped
1/2 pound of green beans

Wash and chop the green beans
Cook until tender, then drain and let cool
Mix together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, salt, and mustard
Add diced tomato, onion, pickle relish, parsley, and hard-boiled egg to the mixture
Gently toss the green beans with the seasonings
Refrigerate before serving with meat or chicken
