Black pepper and salt to taste

In a skillet, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil
Add the tomato and cook at high heat for five minutes
Combine the chicken bouillon and bring to a simmer
Season with black pepper and salt to taste
Blend everything together
Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley and cilantro.
