Four figs, cut into four pieces

Remove the pulp from the sour orange and arrange the leaves and stems on individual plates
Distribute the artichoke hearts on top
Cut the figs into four pieces and place them along the sides
Sprinkle with croutons
Dressing
Cube the tomato and add the remaining ingredients
Mix well and serve chilled over the salad or in a bowl.
