1 1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces

Rinse the chicken pieces with the lemon peel and season with salt to taste
Let it sit for about 15 minutes
Heat a non-stick skillet with butter or margarine
Add the chicken pieces and fry on all sides for 10 minutes, until golden brown
Add the white wine and stir well
Cover and cook until the chicken is tender (about 30-35 minutes)
If it gets too dry, add a bit more wine
About 3 minutes before the end of cooking, add the green grapes
Season with black pepper and serve with the sauce
