Prepare the dressing by blending all the ingredients in a blender
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Wash the sour cherries, pat them dry with a clean and dry cloth, without squeezing
Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
When serving, mix the sour cherries, the dressing, and the mango cubes
