2 cups of cooked and chopped broccoli florets
1 green pepper, finely chopped

1/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese
salad seasoning to taste

Fill a salad bowl with lettuce leaves
Combine the remaining ingredients, excluding the cheese and seasoning
Place in the prepared bowl
Sprinkle with blue cheese
Season to taste when serving
