12 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup (cha) of black olives, sliced
olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar to taste

Cut the tomatoes into four pieces and reserve
Wash the cabbage well, dry it and chop it finely
In a salad bowl, combine the whole grain rice, cabbage, tomato, and olive
Season with olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar
Serve immediately.
