1/4 cup of crumbled white cheese (50 g)
1 baguette, cut into 4 slices (50 g for serving)

In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, mint, vinegar, and sugar
Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour
Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve and reserve it in an airtight container with a large mouth
Combine the olive oil and water, cover, and shake well
Distribute the mixed greens among four plates (1/2 cup of greens per plate)
Top with the strawberries and drizzle with the dressing
Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and serve each portion with a slice of baguette
