Drain the tuna from the can and, using a fork, flake it into shreds
Cut the vegetables into different shapes: the celery stalks into large flakes, the cherry tomatoes in half and the onion into slices
In a bowl, arrange the tuna, celery, tomato, and onion
Set aside, mix together salt, black pepper, vinegar, and olive oil to make a dressing
Dress the salad and gently toss the ingredients together to distribute the dressing evenly.
