Cook the cod in boiling water
Drain and flake
Put into a salad bowl and combine with rice and lentils
Mix delicately and drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with black pepper and check if more salt is needed
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour
Serve cold.
