2 cups of sauerkraut (approximately)

2 mature, peeled, seedless, and grated apples
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of caraway seeds
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of sauerkraut (approximately)

Drain the sauerkraut with cold water and squeeze well
Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the sauerkraut, mixing well
Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving
Serve in 4 portions.
