If using fresh mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water seasoned with salt and lemon juice, then drain and cut the stems off at the tip
Canned mushrooms are ready to use
In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add to the previous mixture
Mix well
Check the seasoning
Serve immediately, sprinkling with chopped green onion
