For the spinach salad:
1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves, torn into pieces
A recipe for shrimp salad dressing
Cooked egg white, diced
1/2 pound of chicken breast, cut in half
Shrimp Salad Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon hot paprika
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 drops vinegar

Mix the spinach leaves with the shrimp salad dressing and egg white
When serving, place the warm chicken breasts on top, lightly fried in butter
To serve:
The spinach salad should be covered with the still-warm chicken breast
