In a salad bowl, combine the white beans, green pepper, olives, onion, and half of the tomato
Season with salt, black pepper, and reserve
Clean the red bell pepper and cut it into pieces
Heat olive oil in a skillet, then sauté the remaining tomato, garlic, red bell pepper, and Malaguetas peppers until well cooked
Blend in a blender and strain through a sieve
Transfer to a bowl and add the white beans, stirring gently
Then, add the dressing, whisking continuously until creamy
Garnish with sliced eggs, tomato, olives, and parsley
Serve immediately.
