3 handfuls of your preferred leafy greens
3 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 cup of oil
1/3 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper to taste
6 cooked eggs, chopped

6 cooked eggs, chopped
Wash the leafy greens well, drain, tear, and place in a large salad bowl
Blend all dressing ingredients together except for the cooked eggs using an eggbeater
Season with salt and pepper and add 1/3 of the chopped eggs
Mix well
When serving, pour over the greens and mix delicately
Top with the remaining chopped eggs
Serve in quarters.
