350 g of smoked chicken, cut into cubes
4 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
4 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes
1 cup of pineapple chunks
For the dressing
3/4 cup of yogurt
1/3 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of olive oil
Salt to taste

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside
Prepare the dressing: whisk together the yogurt, ketchup, and olive oil
Add salt and stir well
Pour over the salad and mix carefully
Serve chilled or at room temperature
