1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped green apple
3/4 cup chopped pecans or almonds
1/2 cup pitted and sliced olives
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked chicken, diced

Mix together mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
Set aside
Combine chicken, rice, green apple, nuts, olives, and onion
Add the mayonnaise mixture and mix well
Serve 6 portions.
