2 cups of sour cream (to add a tangy flavor, stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of grated orange rind
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2 oranges, peeled and segmented
1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken, diced (use leftovers)

3 avocados, pit removed, halved

Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, orange rind, and salt
Refrigerate to prepare the salad
Slice each orange segment in half and mix with chicken
Arrange lettuce on 6 plates, place avocado halves on each plate, and fill with a bit of chicken
Top with the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture
Serve in 6 portions.
