Roll out the cake dough to a fine thickness and cover with it 24 muffin tins
Fry the onion in butter until softened
Combine the cheese and mix well
Beat the eggs until they are frothy
Add the cream, mustard powder, some Cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper
Add the egg mixture to the cheese mixture and pour into prepared muffin tins
Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Serve hot or cold.
