Use your preferred fruits (orange, banana, melon, strawberry, mango, etc)
To make the dressing:
2 cups of natural yogurt - 400g
2 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves finely chopped - 10g
4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice or concentrated without diluting - 60g
2 tablespoons of honey - 40g

Mix all the dressing ingredients together
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate until serving time
Place 1/4 cup over each fruit portion or serve separately
Serves 8 portions.
