350g of lobster meat
1 1/2 kg of squid, cut into pieces
1 1/2 kg of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 kg of octopus, cooked and sliced
700g of fresh or frozen crabmeat
For garnish:
2 tomatoes
radish slices
green scallions

lettuce
350g of lobster meat

Submerge the lobster shells in boiling water, without salt
Cook for 15 minutes
Drain and remove the shells
(If desired, reserve the shells to decorate the salad.) Cut the meat into chunks and set aside
Clean the squid and pound it well with a wooden spoon or meat mallet
Place the squid in a pot with boiling water, without salt, and cook for 30 minutes
Drain and cut into pieces
Clean the shrimp and quickly blanch them (for about 3 minutes)
Do the same with the octopus and slice it into rings
The crabmeat is purchased cooked
Arrange the ingredients on a platter in a decorative manner, and garnish, if desired, with the tomato, radish, green scallions, stuffed olives, and lettuce
Serve chilled.
