Shells and clean the langostines
Fry in butter with olive oil
Cook the mushrooms in tempered water with salt
Drain
Arrange the langostines and mushrooms on lettuce leaves
If desired, add a bit of garlic to the butter used to fry the langostines
When serving, place a little of this butter over the langostines
If desired, also add fresh peas to the salad
