Chop the onions into squares and drizzle with lime juice
Combine the bell pepper, vinegar, salt, and papaya
Let it sit for 15 minutes

Meanwhile, cut the papayas into cubes and place them in a salad bowl with the hot peppers
Add the chopped scallions
Drain the reserved dressing and mix
Check the seasoning
If desired, serve with slices of roasted pork loin or grilled chicken breast.
