3 bell peppers

Grill or roast the bell peppers and remove the skin
Wash the tomatoes, deseed
Cut in half and remove the cores
Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into strips
Combine the salt, lime juice, ginger, parsley, and olive oil
Mix well and serve immediately.
