Remove the stems and leaves from the radishes
Lace and slice the radishes into strips in the direction of their length
Cut the radish slices into smaller pieces
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut it into thin wedges
Baste with lime juice and combine with the ham
Slice the scallions into rings
Toast the sesame seeds in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring until lightly browned, about 5 minutes
Let cool
Combine the mango, ham, and radish mixture, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
Serve immediately
