6 radishes cut into pieces
5 cups of chopped kale leaves
200g of white cheese cubed

1 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/3 cup of hot pepper flakes
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of water

Salad
The night before, place the wheat in a large pot with 2 liters of water and reserve
On the day of preparation, drain the wheat and transfer it to a large pot
Add 2 liters of water and bring to a boil for 45 minutes or until it becomes soft
Drain and let cool
Mince the garlic
In a salad bowl, mix the garlic with salt and lemon zest
Cut the radishes into pieces and add them to the bowl along with the wheat and mix
Add the kale and mix
Add the cheese to the other ingredients
Dressing
In a blender, mix all the ingredients and blend with a hand mixer until it becomes smooth
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well, and serve.
