In a large bowl, place the cucumber, cover with cold water and add the salt
After 20 minutes, drain and reserve
In another bowl, mix the lemon juice with 2 cups of water
Add the grapes and pineapple and let it marinate for 20 minutes
Drain and combine with the cucumber in a large serving dish
PREPARE THE DRESSING: mix all the dressing ingredients well
Beat with a fork and pour over the salad
Stir slowly
Serve chilled
