    Sprinkle gelatin over water and let it rest for a few minutes. Heat it, stirring constantly until dissolved. Remove from heat and combine with mayonnaise, salt, mustard, and lemon juice. Refrigerate to thicken, stirring occasionally. Grease a deep serving dish and line the bottom and sides with slices of prosciutto, overlapping them. Pour in the gelatin mixture and cover with remaining slices. Refrigerate until set and unmold. Serve chilled.
