Prepare a frozen salad with a day's advance: place a 20 cm refrigerator inside another of 25 cm, 3 times
Pour in the water, leveling the edges of the two refrigerators and attaching one to the other with adhesive tape, so that the smaller one is centralized and suspended, floating in the water
Place decorative sprigs of sweet herb, 5 cherry tomatoes, and some beet slices into the water
Put it in the freezer for about two hours or until it sets
Add more cups of water over the first layer of ice and distribute the remaining legumes to garnish
Repeat this process one more time with the rest of the ingredients
To unmold the frozen salad: pour hot water over the smaller refrigerator, then remove it immediately
Place hot water in a round, wide dish with low edges and put the larger refrigerator on top
Rotate it to loosen the ice
Unmold the frozen salad onto a plate, and freeze until serving time
When serving, place lettuce over the frozen salad and add prawns
Serve with your choice of sauce
