10 bacon slices

Pan-fry the bacon slices and chop them up
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and tomatoes until they're soft
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve
Mashed potato
Heat olive oil in a pan, add butter and cook garlic until it's fragrant
Add mashed potatoes, milk, and mix well; turn off heat
In an ungreased dish, layer mashed potato, bacon slices, and mozzarella cheese
Repeat the layers and finish with mashed potato
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven to brown
Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve immediately
