Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and season with salt and black pepper
Remove the bread's soft center, cut it in half, and spread the mixture
Cut the salmon into very thin slices and place them on the bread
Dress the fish with the Sicilian lime juice and cover with spinach
Sprinkle with dill and serve.
