4 slices of white bread
1 tablespoon of room temperature butter
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 slices of cooked ham
2 slices of melted cheese
4 thin tomato slices
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tablespoon of milk
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of crushed potato chips (or corn snacks)
4 slices of white bread
1 tablespoon of room temperature butter
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 slices of cooked ham
2 slices of melted cheese
4 thin tomato slices

1 tablespoon of milk
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of crushed potato chips (or corn snacks)
Spread butter on one side of 2 slices of bread
On the other 2 slices, spread mustard and cover with 10 pieces of ham, 1 piece of cheese, and 2 tomato slices
Cover with the bread slices with the buttered side facing up
Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture (beaten egg and milk) on both sides
Dip in crushed potato chips and press well to stick to the bread
Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown, about 1 minute per side
Make 2 sandwiches.
