Directions

In a bowl, finely chop 5 hard-boiled eggs and mix with mayonnaise

If desired, add chopped parsley for a greenish tone or diced tomatoes for an orange hue

Place the egg mixture on chicken breast slices in a plate

Decorate each slice using the remaining ingredients - peppers can be used to form a mouth, while olives and corn make eyes
