1 cup of grated carrots
1/4 cup of chopped fresh chives (or scallions)
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
1 small serving of natural yogurt
To taste: salt
Optional: decorate with grated carrot for garnish
4 round hamburger buns with sesame seeds
1 cup of grated carrots
