4 slices of buttery bread
8 slices of roasted pork loin
1 mushroom cap, without stems, cut into 4 pieces
4 thick slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese
seasoning to sprinkle
4 slices of buttery bread

4 thick slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Toast the bread and spread with butter while it's still warm
Place two slices of pork loin on each slice of bread
Top with a mushroom cap
Finally, add a slice of cheese on top of each sandwich
Arrange in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven (hot) until the cheese melts
Just before serving, sprinkle with seasoning
Serves 4 people.
