Ingredients: 4 slices of buttery bread; 8 slices of roasted pork loin; 1 mushroom cap, without stems, cut into 4 pieces; 4 thick slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese; seasoning to sprinkle

Directions

Toast the bread and spread with butter while it's still warm

Place two slices of pork loin on each slice of bread

Top with a mushroom cap

Finally, add a slice of cheese on top of each sandwich

Arrange in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven (hot) until the cheese melts

Just before serving, sprinkle with seasoning
