6 scoops of cold abacaxi pulp
6 slices of cooked or roasted chicken (use leftovers)

Preheat the oven
Paste softened butter or margarine on the pineapple slices
In a baking dish arrange the pineapple slice halves as follows: under each half, place a scoop of abacaxi pulp and top with chicken
Dust the chicken with shredded cheddar cheese
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese and pineapple are golden brown
Dust the pineapple with chopped pecans
Serve in 6 portions.
