Chop a good pinch of onion, along with two cloves of garlic, and place half in a Pyrex dish, along with 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Arrange the sardines on top in a star shape, with the tails in the center
Sprinkle with the remaining onion, a pinch of capers, add a bit of lemon juice, a little salt, and put it in the oven for 15 minutes
One minute before removing them from the oven, add the juice of one lime
Serve very hot.
