Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
Cut eight squares of parchment paper or aluminum foil, each 30 cm on a side and overlap them two by two. Reserve
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well
Divide into four portions
Keeping the papers overlapped, prepare the packages (see illustration 2 on page 4) and distribute the portions among them
Close the packages and arrange them in a baking dish
Place in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes
Serve immediately in each package
