2 medium papayas
6 bananas
1 can of mango puree
3 cups of diced pineapple
3 cups of pineapple juice
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of arrowroot
coconut milk

1 can of mango puree
3 cups of diced pineapple
3 cups of pineapple juice
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of arrowroot

Halve the papaya and remove the seeds
Remove the banana peels and place them in a bowl with the papaya and mash well
Drain the mango puree and reserve the liquid
Combine the bananas and papaya, then mash everything together again
Add the diced pineapple and pineapple juice
Mix well
Add the sugar and mix until combined
Mix the arrowroot with the mango puree liquid and add to the mixture
Pour into a baking dish or use individual abaca shells and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned
Serve with coconut milk.
