125g of butter or margarine
2 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of grated lime zest
2 egg whites beaten until stiff

Mix the peanut butter with the orange juice to get a smooth mixture
If desired, pass it through a liquidizer
Beat the butter or margarine
Add the eggs, sugar, and lime zest
Beat well
Add the peanut butter mixture
Fold in the egg whites
Pour into a refractory mold and bake in a slow oven for 1 hour
Serve in 6 portions.
