Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer
Add the spinach and onion
Reduce heat, cover, and let cook slowly for 20 minutes. Reserve
Mix the olive oil, flour, and wheat germ
Add the hot milk and mix well
Heat over low and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Combine the reserved spinach mixture and warm it up
Dish out into 5 portions.
