Step 1: Soak the sago in plenty of water for at least four hours or overnight until it becomes soft and pliable
Step 2: In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the onion, garlic, and agriao leaves and cook for five minutes
Remove from heat and blend in a processor
Step 3: Drain the sago and add it to the water and cream of agriao
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes or until the sago is tender and transparent.
