4 cups of water
1 beef bouillon tablet
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 small finely chopped onion (40g)
1 small can of mushrooms in brine (110g)
3 tablespoons of finely chopped scallion
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
4 cups of water

Heat the water to a boil
Once boiling, add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley
Cook for about 10 minutes and sprinkle with parsley
Serve in four portions.
