1 minced garlic clove
3 chopped anchovy fillets
1/3 cup of tomato puree (80 g)
1 1/2 cups of cooked and drained oyster gray (300 g)
1 liter of beef broth
1 cup of pasta for soup (90 g)

In a pot, combine the olive oil, thyme, garlic, and anchovies and cook until golden brown
Add the tomato puree and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes with the pot covered
Add the oyster gray and beef broth
Season and let it boil
Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente
