Fry the onion, bacon, and thyme in olive oil until the onion is soft
Add the scoured biscuit and all-purpose flour and mix well
Add hot water and cook for three hours with the lid on, over low heat
Blend the mixture (before, reserve some whole biscuits) and return it to the pot until boiling
Serve in deep plates, sprinkle with black pepper, and top with a few whole biscuits
